Permitting & Inspections
The Code Compliance Department oversees the issuance of permits and licenses in accordance with the regulations outlined in the City Code.
For City licenses and permits, application forms are available below and can be conveniently completed online or emailed to the Code Compliance Department. Alternatively, applicants may complete forms online or in person at the Code Compliance Department's office located at 3409 Rhode Island Avenue, Mount Rainier, MD 20712.
It's important to note that certain permits and licenses are issued by Prince George's County.
