103. Each home occupation in the City is required to obtain a City business license, except that home occupation (1) whose customers do not come regularly to the residence, (2) whose employees do not come to the residence, (3) which is permitted by the Prince George's County zoning ordinances without special exception, and (4) which does not require a use and occupancy permit under the Prince George's County zoning ordinances.
     An application must be completed and submitted with the $75 annual fee payable by check or money order to the "City of Mount Rainier." Upon arrival, a license will be issued.
     The license must be available for inspection and renewed annually.
