City of Mount Rainier Police Explorer Post 1910

Head Advisor: PFC Gerson Cruz

About Us

The Law Enforcement Explorer Program is a fun and safe way for teens and pre-teens to learn about the field of Law Enforcement. Explorers participate in various activities such as Community events, ride-alongs, traffic control, and school visits. We enforce integrity, respect and teach the Explorers how to deal with social issues like peer pressure, intimidation and bullying. The Law Enforcement Explorers program also provides young men and women from the city's diverse communities, with an introduction to a career in law enforcement or a related field in the criminal justice system

Building Community Relations

Towards the spring/summer months, there are plans in place to collaborate with Public Works to assist them with city clean up such as litter pick-up or graffiti clean-up. Also, the explorers will participate and help with any upcoming event the City of Mount Rainier may have.

  1. 1 Public Safety Night 2025 (14)
  2. 2 Mount Rainier Day Police Explorers
  3. 3 Teens and Police Staff
