The Mount Rainier Pride Celebration is an annual community event led by the Recreation Committee every June. Community members unite and march together to spread and amplify the essence of Pride Month - acceptance, love and equality.
MOUNT RAINIER PRIDE CELEBRATION 2025, June 7 2025
Mount Rainier is celebrating Pride Day on Saturday, June 7, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM! The celebration begins with a colorful community parade starting at Mount Rainier Elementary School and ending at the Gateway Farmers Market. After the parade, enjoy a vibrant gathering with resource tables, kid-friendly activities, and a fun pet costume contest, so don’t forget to dress up your furry friends for a chance to win!
This year's celebration will also feature a bilingual Drag Queen story time.
Free paletas will also be distributed to the first 200 attendees.
Organized by the City’s Recreation Committee, Pride Day is a joyful tribute to love, inclusion, and community. Come out and show your pride in Mount Rainier!
