The City of Mount Rainier is now accepting applications for the Recreation Activities Grant for Fiscal Year 2026. This reimbursable grant of up to $2,500 is designed to support events, programs, and activities that bring the Mount Rainier community together. Whether you're planning a community celebration, art workshop, or community-building event in Mount Rainier, this grant will support bringing your vision to life.
Who can apply?
Nonprofit organizations, community groups, and local partners proposing initiatives that will be held within Mount Rainier city limits.
Important Dates:
Application Deadline 1: Friday, November 14, 2025 (Decisions announced in December)
Application Deadline 2: Friday, March 13, 2026 (Decisions announced in April)
Applications will be reviewed by the Mount Rainier Recreation Committee.
