2. Serving on City boards, commissions, and committees is a great way to get involved and support the Mount Rainier community.

   Unless noted otherwise, these groups serve in an advisory role to the City Council, and members are appointed by the Council. Some have specific roles related to conducting hearings or carrying out certain activities.

   Applicant must be a Mount Rainier resident.
