Food Distribution by Mayor Celina Benitez and Council (Closed)

Mayor Celina Benitez and Council provide meals to residents in need through a weekly food distribution in partnership with the Capital Food Bank. The food distribution is held at Queenstown Apartments every Thursday, 9 am unless otherwise noted.

County Stand Up and Deliver (Closed)

Prince George's County coordinates meal and grocery distribution on a recurring basis through its Stand Up and Deliver program.

County Executive Angela Alsobrooks regularly posts time and location information for the Stand Up and Deliver program to her Facebook page and Twitter profile.

2020 CARES Act Mount Rainier Food Assistance (Closed)

In 2020, the City of Mount Rainier ran a federally-funded food assistance initiative to provide food assistance to eligible residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
