The City actively manages Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. City news and information about meetings and events are posted to City social media accounts on a regular basis.
City Council Meetings are currently being streamed and archived on the City's Facebook Page under the Videos tab and on the City's YouTube channel, MRTV Maryland.

To address the fast-changing landscape of the internet and the way residents communicate and obtain information online, the City of Mount Rainier may use social media tools to achieve its stated goals, including increased civic participation by residents.
