The streets of Mount Rainier will once again come alive with music of every genre. From the smooth strum of jazz guitar and driving rhythms of rock to the vibrant tones of steel pan, folk rock, acoustic, and even live poetry with music, this year’s Porch Fest promises a soundscape as diverse as the City itself.
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., rain or shine, porches across Mount Rainier will transform into neighborhood stages, showcasing an exciting lineup of local performers. Organized by the City’s Recreation Committee, Porch Fest reflects what makes Mount Rainier unique: neighbors opening their porches, artists sharing their talents, and the community coming together to celebrate and support local talent.
