1. Business Occupancy Fee: ($50.00 for first 1,000 square feet, $25.00 for each additional 1,000; $200.00 maximum) Gross Square Feet of Space
2. Commercial District Management Fee (CDMA) Fee: Dues for membership in the Mount Rainier Business Association (MRBA)
3. Alcoholic Beverage Fee: (20% of business’s annual liquor license fee) Annual License fee $ x 20%
4. Hotels, motels, tourist fees: $175.00
5. Burglar Alarm Registration Fee: $25.00
6. Coin-operated machines: pinball, video or other entertainment devices; billiard or pool tables; bowling alleys, gaming tables or boards, when operated for public use, profit or gain $30.00 per device, table, alley or board
7. Reinstatement Fees: $300.00 (after revocation for cause or expiration of license)
8. Late Fees: Renewal after Deadline - $100.00
