The City of Mount Rainier is inviting all Mount Rainier veterans and their families on Veterans Day on Friday, November 11, at 9:30 am, for a flag-raising ceremony at City Hall followed by brunch at the Mount Rainier Police Department Community Hall. Each year, the City holds a flag-raising ceremony and hosts a simple get-together in honor and recognition of our veterans who bravely served and protected our country.
Veterans who wish to join the reception are encouraged to RSVP by emailing communications@mountrainiermd.org or by calling the City Hall at 301-985-6585.
