The City of Mount Rainier Code Compliance Division will be moving towards a phased reopening of all services on July 6, 2020. As a result, all interior and exterior maintenance inspections will resume for business licenses and rental properties.
The violations that will be addressed include, but are not limited to:
• Excessive trash, debris, and grass
• Unpermitted construction
• Unpermitted dumpsters
• Non-road worthy vehicles
• Unpermitted tree cutting or pruning
• Resident complaints
