On April 17, 2020, two owners of Mount Rainier businesses, Chucks Liquors and Party Time Liquors, donated a total of $4,000 towards the City's effort to provide support and relief for citizens affected by COVID-19. The donated money will assist the Mount Rainier CERT Team and the City in purchasing needed supplies to continue to assist Mount Rainier residents.
