The Low Impact Development Center and JBA Surveyor will be conducting a survey along Newton Street to assess the storm drain system beginning Monday, July 24. The survey will take place between 37th Street and Otis Street. 

During the survey process, the surveyors may need access to properties along Newton Street to inspect the storm drain system. They will approach each property and request permission to access their front or back yard. Please be assured that the surveyors will bring proper identification, and residents have the right to ask for verification before granting access. 

The survey is part of the City's Newton Street Improvement Project which includes improving the storm drain system to manage water during heavy rainfall and reduce flooding risks in our area. 

We kindly request residents' cooperation during this process, as your participation will greatly contribute to the improvement of our community's infrastructure.
