The City is inviting residents of Mount Rainier to join the Legacy Mixed-Use Town Center Design Review Committee (LMUTC). The committee reviews all exterior renovations and new development projects within the Mount Rainier MUTC Zone (the downtown business district) to ensure that the applications comply with the intent of the plan vision, design standards, and guidelines.
