The City of Mount Rainier contracted Grace Management & Construction to complete concrete sidewalk repairs and installation of flexi-pave around city right-of-way trees, curb and gutter repairs, ADA curb ramps. These improvements will take place on 33rd Street between Bunker Hill Road and Perry Street and 30th Street between Taylor Street and Bunker Hill Road as a part of the FY23 budget allocated towards Street and Sidewalk Improvements approved by the Mayor and Council. Construction for the project is anticipated to begin 09/06/2022. Please see the following schedule.

The contractor performing this work is Grace Management & Construction. Access to the impacted sidewalks and street parking will be restricted during construction and 24 hours after completion. There will be limited parking on the streets during construction and no parking sings will be posted 72 hrs. in advance. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
