Application for The Maryland Homeowner Assistance Fund is now open to Marylanders who are struggling to pay their mortgage or other housing costs due to Covid-19 financial hardships.
As stated on the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development’s (DHCD) website, “ The program will create a long-term sustainable and affordable mortgage as opposed to short-term assistance without a clear outcome.”
