BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL

Business license renewals can now be conveniently completed on the City's website. Business owners are encouraged to take advantage of the user-friendly online system to ensure timely compliance with the City’s licensing requirements. Avoid delays by renewing your license before the February 28, 2025 deadline.

Residents and business owners are responsible for clearing and removing ice from the sidewalks in front of their properties within 24 hours after freezing rain, snow, or sleet.

MOUNT RAINIER CERT NARCAN TRAINING

The Mount Rainier Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) will host a free Narcan Training session on Tuesday, February 4th, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Bunker Hill Fire Station. The Prince George's County Health Department will administer the training.

Holiday Tree Collection

Dispose of your holiday trees responsibly. Place your undecorated trees on the curb for collection on the scheduled dates: January 14 and January 28. Make sure all decorations, lights, and stands are removed.

Coat Drive

The City’s Social Services is collecting new and gently used winter clothes, mittens, hats, and new socks to support community members in need. Donations can be dropped off during office hours at the Mount Rainier Police Department, located at 3249 Rhode Island Avenue,
