Support Community Wildlife Gardens:

Fund Native Plant Labels

Prince Georg's Audubon Society Fundraiser

The Prince George's Audubon Society (PGAS) Wildlife Habitat Program is raising funds to expand its unique bilingual plant label library for native wildlife gardens. This initiative complements the City’s commitment to wildlife habitats, reflected in the Native Plant Network spearheaded by the Mount Rainier Green Team and Councilmember Luke Chesek. These similar efforts highlight the importance of preserving native species and educating the community about their ecological value.

The plant labels will be designed by Mount Rainier artist Tessla Thompson.
