This audit, conducted by an independent auditor and overseen by the City Manager and Finance Department, offers a transparent and thorough review through three main financial statements: government-wide, fund-level, and detailed notes, with additional supplementary information for a full assessment of the City’s fiscal health. As part of the city’s revitalization efforts, this wall along Rhode Island Avenue will serve as a vibrant canvas for the chosen artist.
