Trail Repair Alert / Bridge Closure NW Branch Trail
A short section of the NW Branch Trail will be closed for repair of the bridge across the stream.
Bridge Location: Between Queens Chapel Road and Queenstown Apartments; Near the West Hyattsville Metro Station
Duration: Monday July 15, 2024 until approx. August 16, 2024
Detour: A signed detour will be in place using 34th St/Chillum Road and the new sidewalk along Queens Chapel Road (Approximately 3 blocks)
The signalized crossing at Queens Chapel will remain accessible for safe access to Metro.
