City Ordinances

Ordinance 2-2008 - An Ordinance reaffirming the importance of immigrants to the Mount Rainier community and establishing City policy regarding Federal immigration laws.

Ordinance 1-2008 - An Ordinance amending Section 13-104 of the Mount Rainier Code to expand the permissible locations on private property for trailers, motor homes, boats, buses, and similar vehicles to be parked and to provide for the issuance of temporary permits to park such vehicles on the street.

Ordinance 10-2007 - An Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Sections 101 and 105 of the Mount Rainier Code, installing parking meters in designated areas.

Ordinance 5_2005 - An Ordinance establishing an Emergency Preparedness Commission (EPC)

Ordinance 4-2005 - An Ordinance amending Chapter 3, of the City of Mount Rainier Code of Ordinances to require a City building permit for exterior alterations to buildings in the Mixed-Use Town Center Zone and to provide for the issuance of a stop work order if the exterior alterations are performed without a valid City building permit.
